Attrition Study

Currently, TRG is working in conjunction with the Central Station Alarm Association (CSAA) in the most comprehensive attrition study ever undertaken in the Security Industry. The information gathered is held strictly confidential and anonymous, and is used to provide security industry professionals with valuable information on attrition trends.

We encourage all security alarm companies to participate in this study, whether you belong to the CSAA or not, and have your attrition information anonymously included in the updates of the results on a periodic basis. The results are presented at CSAA’s annual meeting, and are also available by request from TRG Associates.
