We have extensive experience in evaluating potential security company acquisition candidates on behalf of security entrepreneurs, lenders and investors. Our Due Diligence efforts revolve around both the financial and operational aspects of the target company.
Acquistion Planning
We have assisted our clients in completing well over 400 acquisitions over the years. We can aid in building an acquisition strategy, developing acquisition candidates, serving as a go-between negotiator to assess Seller interest levels and assist you with all aspects of an acquisition.
Receivership Management
Under the appointment of the Federal Courts, Financial Institutions or Court appointed Receiver, TRG has served as Receivership management for multiple companies, running the day to day business in an effort to serve the needs of the customers and employees while preserving the enterprise value of the troubled entity on behalf of the stakeholders and lenders. TRG has also served as an advisor to DIP Mgmt on behalf of Senior Lenders.
Beyond the management of the daily operations, TRG has assisted in the marketing, transaction valuation, sale and transition to the ultimate Buyer of the customer base and related assets. Subsequent to the sale, TRG has worked to wind down the troubled entity in an orderly fashion and report on the disposition to the Courts and other stakeholders.
